The second race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup championship will kick-off to the “Beat of the Music” when country music star, Brett Eldredge, takes the stage to headline the SYLVANIA 300 pre-race concert on Sept. 27. Eldredge, reigning winner of the CMA New Artist of the Year award, will visit New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the first time since performing at FanFest in September of 2011.

“It was clear four years ago that Brett had the potential to be a country music superstar,” said Jerry Gappens, the speedway’s executive vice president and general manager. “We are immensely proud to have him back on our frontstretch stage to perform in front of the greatest fans in NASCAR.”

Eldredge, 29, grew up in Paris, Ill., the state his sophomore album Illinois is named after. The album features his newest hit single, “Lose My Mind”. In 2010, Eldredge was signed to Atlantic Records. His first album, Bring You Back, debuted in August 2013 and featured three singles –”Don’t Ya,” “Beat of the Music,” and “Mean to Me” – all of which Eldredge co-wrote and reached number one on the charts.

This fall, Eldredge can be seen performing at venues across America as a part of the annual CMT tour, this year titled “Suits and Boots,” with Thomas Rhett. It was also recently announced that Eldredge will be one of seven judges in the 2016 Miss America Competition.

The concert is free for all ticketholders and will begin at noon, prior to driver introductions for the SYLVANIA 300. Fans that purchase a pre-race pit pass ($75 for adults; half-price for children) can get even closer to Eldredge and watch the show with stage-front access right on the frontstretch.

Tickets to see Eldredge and the SYLVANIA 300 start as low as $25 with children admitted for half-price. Camping and ticket upgrades, including the pre-race pit pass, are also available.
