Brandon Michael Wins New England Racing Fuel Support Performer Of The Week Award

The 2015 racing season ended in perfect fashion on Saturday for the Stafford Motor Speedway DARE Stock division winner Brandon Michael.

The Granville, Mass. driver ended the year celebrating in victory lane after the final 15-lap DARE Stock feature of the season.

Wednesday the accolades kept rolling in for Michael.

Michael was voted the New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award.

Michael collected 65 of the 152 votes cast (42.8 percent).

Michael Bennett, the Late Model division winner Sunday at Stafford, was second in the balloting with 50 votes (32.9 percent).

Each week during the 2015 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.

Michael will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel.
