  1. By all accounts, the World Series was very well run. With a big crowd at Thompson yesterday, I have to think that the event was quite profitable for TSMP. I hope there’s now enough money in the coffers to replace the aging grandstands.

  2. No TC at the world series this year. When’s the last time that happened?

  3. In the 40s

  4. Rafter,How about some pit stands in turn 2?

  5. Actually the stands at Thompson are brand new compared to the ones between turns 1 & 2 at Stafford. The wood on those ones are VERY very bad and I pray every time I am there that I don’t witness someone fall through them to the ground.

  6. Art – new stands all around would be OK with me. I’m glad that I don’t write the insurance for any of our local tracks …
