Jeff Rocco Added To Roster For Valenti Modified Racing Series Friday At Stafford

Keith Rocco is always a threat to win when the Valenti Modified Racing Series rolls into Stafford Motor Speedway.

Friday night it will be double trouble for the Rocco family for the 80-lap feature for the Valenti Modified Racing Series.

Keith’s twin brother Jeff will join his brother in the field for the Valenti Modified Racing Series feature at Stafford.

Jeff Rocco will drive a Kevin Stuart Motorsports car in place of regular driver Todd Szegedy. Stuart said Szegedy needed the night off for the event.

“We’ll give him a try,” Stuart said. “We’re looking forward to it.”

Jeff Rocco began helping the team recently off the track.

“It’s a good car,” Jeff Rocco said. “That’s a good bunch of guys. I actually helped them at the Icebreaker [at Thompson Speedway] and at a test. I kind of became friendly with them. They’re just a good bunch of guys all around.”

Jeff Rocco, a former SK Modified division winner at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl and Late Model division winner at Thompson Speedway, last made a Valenti Modified Racing Series start in 2015.
