NASCAR Test Open To All Monster Energy Cup Teams May 30-31 At NHMS

(Press Release from New Hampshire Motor Speedway)

The New Hampshire 301 is still more than a month away, but every top organization in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will be represented at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on May 30 and 31. The two-day test is open to one car from each Monster Energy Series organization and will feature free admission to the grandstands and infield for the fans.

As a special bonus, fans that purchase tickets on property on May 31 to the July 16 New Hampshire 301 or add on to an already purchased package will receive exclusive behind-the-scenes garage passes for the NASCAR test session that day. This access is limited and on a first come, first serve basis (up to 150 people) – with a maximum of two passes per ticket account.

“With almost half the field for our New Hampshire 301 on the track, this is going to be one of the biggest test sessions we’ve ever had in the history of New Hampshire Motor Speedway,” said David McGrath, executive vice president and general manager of the speedway. “We encourage all of our amazing fans to come out and enjoy a truly rare opportunity.”

The Concord and Main Grandstands will be open along with a unique view from the Granite Ledge on the outfield in Turn 3. Viewing areas in the infield will include the Champions Club, a trackside Turn 1 area, cold pit road and the grass area in Turn 2, all of which provide close-up views of their favorite drivers racing on the track.

The two-day session will run from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 30 and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on May 31. A tram will be running throughout the day to help expedite fans to locations around the property, while camping will also be available on May 29-31.

Credentialed media will be able to attend this test session with driver interview availabilities on May 31 during the scheduled lunch break from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Minors under the age of 18 will not be allowed to access the exclusive garage pass and will need to have a waiver form signed by their parents/guardians to take advantage of the general infield access.

This Monster Energy Cup Series Test on May 30 and 31 will provide a free sneak peek into the racing action that is expected for the New Hampshire 301 on July 16.
