Chase Dowling
A dream weekend of racing that began with a big payday in an SK Modified ended for the second straight night in victory lane Saturday in a Tour Type Modified for Chase Dowling.
Dowling, who collected over $5,300 in winning the fourth NAPA SK 5K Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway, closed out his racing weekend Saturday by winning the Exit Realty Modified Touring Series event at Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, N.H.
It was the first career victory in the series for Dowling, of Roxbury.
Jon McKennedy of Chelmsford, Mass. was second and Kirk Alexander of West Swanzey, N.H. third in the 17-car field at Monadnock.
The Modified Touring Series returns to action at Stafford Motor Speedway on July 21.
