Filomena Rufrano, Cassie Rocco Racing At Stafford Motor Speedway For Charity Fundraiser

The Stafford Motor Speedway DARE Stock division will have a pair of special guests in the lineup for the 15-lap feature that hits the track on Sept. 30.

Filomena Rufrano and Cassie Rocco will be competing as part of their Racing For The Cure fundraiser effort for the American Cancer Society.

Rufrano is the mother of SK Light Modified division regular Marcello Rufrano and wife of SK Modified division and SK Light Modified division team owner John Rufrano.

Rocco is the wife of SK Modified division driver Keith Rocco and daughter of longtime Modified competitor Todd Ceravolo.

On their fundraising page Filomena Rufrano writes: “We decided to make a night of fun into a purpose. This disease has affected our family and friends, some who continue to fight and some who lost the battle.”
