On Episode 22 of Unmuffled we welcomed drivers, a crew chief and a track executive to hit a whole host of topics locally.
First up was Stafford Motor Speedway SK Modified driver Stephen Kopcik, who is also chasing a NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour championship as crew chief for Chase Dowling with Rob Fuller Motorsports. Dowling’s Kopcik led team sits second in the Whelen Modified Tour standings, just seven points behind leader Justin Bonsignore.
We also welcomed Stafford Motor Speedway driver Joey Cipriano, who is back at the track full-time this year driving an SK Modified for Brigitte and Jean Guy Poulin. Cipriano is also on the entry list this week for the Stafford Speedway Twisted Tea 80 Open Modified show.
Also joining us was Thompson Speedway Limited Sportsman division driver, who will be back in action in two shows at Thompson over the next weeks.
We closed out the show with comments from New Hampshire Motor Speedway executive vice president and general manager David McGrath from last week at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
