We caught up with Ronnie Williams who clinched his first Stafford Speedway SK Modified track championship last week and goes looking for his first Whelen Modified Tour victory in the Musket 250 Saturday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

We also talked with driver Jeff Rocco, who will make his first Whelen Modified Tour start at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Saturday’s Musket 250 with Eddie Harvey Racing.

  1. It would be interesting to know who Mike’s “backers” are. What will be their involvement, if any, in Bowl operations?

In any event, good luck to Mike. If nothing else, he should be able to avoid the PR problems (e.g. lack of info available to racers and fans) that plagued George Whitney.
