STAFFORD – Tom Fearn came out on top of a three-wide battle for the lead on the second lap and then held on to to the top spot the rest of the way to win the 30-lap Late Model feature Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway.

It was the second feature win of the season for Fearn, of Longmeadow, Mass.
Woody Pitkat of Stafford was second. Mark St. Hilaire of Berlin edged Patrick Townsend of Springfield, Mass. at the line by inches for third place.
Fearn went three-wide for the lead with Tom Butler and Scott Cook on the second lap.
“We got our magic back,” said Fearn, who had 13th and 14th in the last two events at Stafford.
In the 20-lap Limited Late Model feature it was Dennis Botticello, of Suffield topping the field.
Josh Wood of Palmer, Mass. was second and Cory Casagrande of Stafford third, leaving the two tied at the top of the point standings in the division.
Kyle Casagrande of Stafford won the 15-lap DARE Stock feature. Cliff Saunders of Stafford was second and Albert Saunders of Stafford third.
