Woody Pitkat To Run PASS North Series Event Sunday At Stafford Speedway

STAFFORD – Stafford Motor Speedway’s Late Model division points leader will hit the track in a different type of full-fendered ride Sunday on the half-mile oval.

Pitkat will make his Pro All Stars Series North debut when the track run its inaugural event at Stafford on Sunday.

Pitkat, of Stafford, will drive a car owned by Billy Snow, who owns the Stafford Late Model team he runs for.

Pitkat ranks second in all-time Late Model victories at Stafford with 32. He was the 2006 Late Model champion at Stafford.

Snow is changing an American Canadian Tour legal car over to PASS North specs for the event. The PASS North is running a 125-lap feature Sunday at Stafford.

“Hopefully we have some big motor,” Pitkat said. “[Snow] kind of wants to get his feet wet and see how the series is. If he likes I think he’ll buy what he needs to do it.”
