RH2 Way Named Official Radio Supplier Of Northeast Mini Stock Tour

The fastest growing short track racing communications company in the Northeast just keeps on moving in different directions for the 2013 season.

It was announced Wednesday that RH2 Way of Riverside, N.J. has been named the official radio supplier of the Northeast Mini Stock tour.

RH2 Way had already been involved with the series as a communications provider to a number of the division’s competitors. The Northeast Mini Stock Tour is celebrating its fifth season in 2013.

“It’s a perfect fit,” RH2 Way owner Gino DiFillipo Jr. said. “RH2 Way is looking to grow and expand in all realms motorsports competition and the Northeast Mini Stock Tour is one of the fastest growing racing divisions in the Northeast. We were already working with some competitors in the division and could see that series founder Bob Guptill has created a division that truly embodies so much about what short track racing is about. We’re looking forward to having a great relationship.”

The Northeast Mini Stock Tour kicks off its 12-race 2013 season April 14th at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, N.H.

The Northeast Mini Stock Tour will introduce the RH2 Way Communicator Of The Race Award at all events this year. The award will be given to the team that best brings their car up through the field and avoids cautions on the track. The award will include a $25 a RH2 Way gift certificate.

The Northeast Mini Stock Tour will make three stops at Connecticut tracks in 2013. They will be part of the Spring Sizzler weekend, April 27 at Stafford Motor Speedway, the division’s first visit to the famed half-mile. They will also compete June 1 at the Waterford Speedbowl and Aug. 29 at Thompson International Speedway.
