WATERFORD – Corey Hutchings reappeared in the Street Stock division Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl.

Hutchings won the 25-lap Street Stock feature Saturday at Waterford. It was this third victory of the season for Hutchings, of Salem, who won the first two races of the season.

“It feels like it’s been a while,” Hutchings said. “I guess you win the first two and then fall off the face of the earth. The last race here we were horrible. We went home and did some work and the car was really fast tonight.”

Hutchings went by Al Stone III for the lead on lap two and never trailed again in the caution-free event.

Stone, of Durham, held on for second and Josh Galvin of Franklin was third.

In the 25-lap SK Light Modified feature, Randy Churchill Jr. of Oakdale drove away from Glenn Griswold of Vernon on a restart with six laps remaining and went to win. Paul French of Andover was second.

Ian Brew of Wood River Junction was victorious in the 25-lap Mini Stock feature. Doug Curry of Groton was second and Ken Cassidy Jr. of Lisbon third.
