Waterford Notes: Dillon Moltz Back On Top In Late Models; Brandon Plemons Paces Street Stocks

WATERFORD – The champ was back on top of the Late Model division Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl.

Reigning division champion Dillon Moltz snapped a five-race winless streak in the 30-lap Late Model feature Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl.

It was the second victory in 10 events this season for Moltz, of Waterford, and his first since April 27.

Division points leader Keith Rocco of Wallingford was second and Jason Palmer of Berlin third.

Moltz started on the pole and led every lap.

Brandon Plemons of Uncasville won the 25-lap Street Stock feature. Corey Hutchings of Salem was second and Joe Arena of Bristol third.
