Thirty Two Signs Honey Badger Of The Week Award: Glenn Griswold

Thanks to Randall and his glorious YouTube classic, we all know this, “Honey Badger don’t care.”

And one thing was certain last Saturday night about SK Light Modified driver Glenn Griswold at the Waterford Speedbowl, he didn’t care who got in his way, they weren’t going to stop him.

Griswold, of Vernon, saw his car flattened against the turn one wall at the track after a battle for the lead with Corey Barry in the event. Griswold tried to go to the outside of Barry before Barry’s car came up and slammed Griswold into the wall.

Barry was able to drive his car away from the mess before stopping on the backstretch. And then the craziness ensued as Griswold climbed from his car and began looking for Barry.

Griswold began sprinting across the track infield. Track official Eric Webster attempted to give chase on an all-terrain vehicle, but there was no stopping the man known as “The Old Warhorse”.

Griswold never did get to have his face-to-face on-track chat with Barry, but he surely added some dramatics for the fans in the grandstands at the shoreline oval.

“The Honey Badger is just crazy,” Randall tells us and there was no denying crazed anger took over for Griswold last week.
