Robert Bloxsom III Tops SK Light Modified Special At New London-Waterford Speedbowl 

Robert Bloxsom III picked up his first victory of the season in the 50-lap SK Light Modified feature Saturday at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl. 

Evan Bourgeois of East Haddam was second and Kevin Davis of Somers third. 

Al Stone III extended his record for Street Stock wins at the track by winning the 25-lap feature for the division.

It was the second win of the season and 70th career Street Stock win at the Speedbowl for Stone, of Durham, who is the division’s all-time winningest driver. 

Ray Christian III of Uncasville scored his fifth win of the season in the 25-lap Mini Stock feature. 

Chris Garside of Groton was second and Bill Sylvia of Preston third. 

Ryan Lineham of Hope Valley, R.I. topped the field in the 25-lap Truck feature. 

Jake Coutu of Mossup was second and Charles Beal of Ledyard third. 

Riley Paul of Ledyard won the 25-lap Legends feature.
