Keith Rocco kept his perfect record intact in 2026 at Thompson Speedway Thursday.

Rocco won the 35-lap Sunoco Modified feature for his third victory in three races this season at the historic .625-mile oval.

“It’s always fun racing [Sunoco Modifieds] here, you know, it’s never changed over the last 20 years,” Rocco said. “It’s awesome racing, it’s fun, two-by-two, it’s entertaining to be in a car and it’s one of the nights I really look forward to. It’s too bad it’s just once or twice a month.”

Todd Owen was second and Danny Cates third.

“Just these cars are so equal, me, Keith, and Danny,” Owen said. “Once the beginning of the race plays out and he got to the lead, you’re never going to catch him and drive by him. We’re, we were pretty equal. So second place, we’ll take it and bring it home, one piece.”

Said Cates: “We were bad. I can’t believe we finished third. I don’t know if we got a shock or something. This thing was not the car that we had last time. All day, we kind of struggled with it loose in, I was holding on basically from lap one. So to get a third and cars in one piece, I’ll take it. You know, these guys work really hard on it and we’ll fix it find what was going on and come back. Hopefully you’ll be able to be a little closer to these guys next time.”

Hartwell Motorsports driver Jake Johnson scored his second consecutive win in the 25-lap Late Model feature.

“We had a great night,” Johnson said. “Kind of special whenever we get to take out this orange car. It’s been around with the Hartwell Motorsports crew for almost as long as I’ve been alive. So to get it done tonight, it’s been really special.”

Jared Roy was second and Jared Materas third.

Kevin Davis got his second win of the season in the 20-lap SK Light Modified feature.

“Our day started off a little rough in practice just trying to get the car all figured out and then for the heat race we put on new tires that definitely helped a lot,” Davis said. “Started the race I think eighth and took our positions as we went, had some patience and capitalized on the racing and was able to pull away with the win. It feels great after the past couple weeks we’ve had at Waterford.”

John O’Sullivan was second and RJ Marcotte third.

Ryan Lineman won the 20-lap Street Stock feature. Al Stone III was second and Jared Soucy third.

Randy Burr won the 35-lap Pro Truck Series feature. Mike Caprio topped the 20-lap Crown Vic feature.
