Alexandra Fearn Wins New England Racing Fuel Support Performer Of The Week Award

On Saturday at Stafford Motor Speedway, Alexandra Fearn had the field covered nicely in driving to victory in the first DARE Stock feature of the season at the half-mile oval.

This week in the race for the New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award, there was no competition for the East Longmeadow, Mass. driver.

Fearn ran away from the pack in voting to win this week’s New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award.

Fearn picked up 152 of the 273 votes cast (55.7 percent). Tony Membrino Jr. of Berlin, the winner of the SK Light Modified feature at Stafford Saturday, was second in the voting with 64 votes (23.4 percent). Membrino won the first New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award earlier this month after winning on Icebreaker weekend at Thompson Speedway.

Each week during the 2016 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.

Fearn will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel.
