Wondering if Quarter Midget racing is something for your child?
If so, the Little T Quarter Midget Club at Thompson International Speedway is the place to be on Oct. 26.
The Little T Quarter Midget Club will host a Promotional Day on Oct. 26 open to boys and girls ages 5-15.
The event will give children the chance to run 10 laps in a Quarter Midget around the Little T for $20.
The Little T Quarter Midget Club will provide all cars, safety equipment and operational instructions. Participants must wear long pants and sneakers. The event will run from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Oct. 26 with a raindate of Oct. 27.

This would be perfect for my nephew. But he just turned five and I still need to teach him that fast wheel based objects two wheel or four are not toys. Something I’ll need to teach him over time.
