George Brunnhoelzl III led the final 67 laps on the way to victory in the NASCAR Southern Modified Tour Marriott/Pepsi 150 Saturday at Langley Speedway in Hampton, Va.

It was the series record 21st victory for the West Babylon, N.Y. driver.

Andy Seuss of Hampstead, Va. was second and David Calabrese of Toms River, N.J. third.

Brunnhoelzl, who has finished second to Seuss in two of the last three series events, has to hold off Seuss –the series points leader – on a final green-white-checkered finish.

Reigning NASCAR Modified Tour champion Ryan Preece of Berlin, who won the pole for the event, was fifth. Seuss took the lead from Preece on lap 62 before Brunnhoelzl went by for the top spot on lap 84.
