The Thompson Speedway pit party comes to life Sunday morning
THOMPSON – It’s a wake up call Thompson Speedway style.
Icebreaker 2014 Sunday at Thompson kicked off with a huge party on the frontstretch of the .625-mile oval.
Fans poured onto the track for a meet and greet opportunity with all the teams and cars in competition at the track for the weekend.
Icebreaker Sunday will include six feature events, highlighted by the NASCAR Modified Tour season opening Icebreaker 150.
In his first event for Buzz Chew Racing, Woody Pitkat will take the field to green as the polesitter in the Modified Tour event.
Also on tap for the day at Thompson is a 50-lap Granite State Pro Stock Series feature, a 30-lap NASCAR All-American Series SK Modified feature, a 25-lap Late Model feature, a 20-lap Limited Sportsman feature and a 15-lap Mini Stock feature.
