Rain has washed away racing early at the Waterford Speedbowl.
With a forecast calling for rain for much of the day and into the evening, Waterford Speedbowl officials made the decision early Saturday to call off their NASCAR All-American Series show at the track.
The 50-lap Street Stock feature scheduled for Saturday night at the track has been rescheduled to next week’s racing card.
The New England Truck Series feature that had been scheduled for Saturday was postponed to June 28.
The Speedbowl is back in action next Saturday with a six division NASCAR All-American Series racing card. That card will include the already rescheduled 50-lap Street Stock feature, plus a 35-lap SK Modified feature, 30-lap Late Model feature, 25-lap Mini Stock feature, 25-lap SK Light Modified feature and 20-lap X-Car feature.
