Les Hinckley
Friends and family of Valenti Modified Racing Series driver Les Hinckley III of Windsor Locks have organized a fundraiser party for his family scheduled for June 7 at Sonny’s Place in Somers.
The Hinckley family has been through a trying past few months. Eight-year old Allen Hinckley, the son of Les and his wife Tracy, was diagnosed recently with a congenital arachnoid cyst with a subdural hematoma in his brain.
Allen Hinckley went through two major surgeries in March and is now working his way through an extended recovery program.

The event at Sonny’s Place will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Allen Hinckley’s honor and help defray the cost of medical expenses. Tickets are $25.
