Jeff Lee Wins New England Racing Fuel Support Performer Of The Week Award

Saturday night in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series support division events Waterford Speedbowl it was three guys very familiar with victory lane at the facility scoring victories.

And then there was one guy getting his first taste of the spoils of victory at the track on a Saturday night.

Jeff Lee of Uncasville celebrated his first career Mini Stock division feature victory Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl.

And that victory helped him to earn the New England Racing Fuel Support Performer Of The Week Award.

Lee easily cruised away with the award, garnering 52 percent of the votes cast for the four nominees.

Each week during the 2014 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.

Lee will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel. The final voting results are listed below.
