(Press Release from Thompson Speedway)
The Fan Appreciation Party was a huge hit at last year’s Icebreaker, and this year Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park has put together an even more impressive program for their fans.
The party gives fans the opportunity to get autographs from drivers and get an up-close look at the cars that are racing throughout the Icebreaker weekend.
This year’s Fan Appreciation Party, which starts at 10:30AM on Sunday, April 12, will also include a concert featuring Timmy Brown, a 23 year old country singer, songwriter and performer from Norton, MA.
Timmy has auditioned for “The Voice” “Rising Star” “America’s Got Talent” and “American Idol”. This past year Timmy made it all the way to Hollywood and was a contestant on Season 14 of “American Idol”. He has been invited to sing the national anthem for the event as well.

I was hoping for Miranda Lambert and her little red wagon. Just saying.
Does every race fan like country music? I think it sucks.
I didn’t know that real country singers had big giant ear studs… oh wait, I must have missed them on Kenny Rogers, Merle Haggard, and Charlie Daniels!
