Richard Savary held off Todd Szegedy over the closing laps to win the 100-lap Valenti Modified Racing Series feature Saturday at Seekonk (Mass.) Speedway.
It was the first victory of the season for Savary, of Canton, Mass.
Szegedy, of Ridgefield, was second and Kirk Alexander of West Swanzey, N.H. third.
Anthony Nocella of Woburn, Mass. was fourth and Woody Pitkat of Stafford fifth.
Savary was third different driver in three Valenti Modified Racing Series events in 2015 to win.
Szegedy won the season opening event at Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, N.H. on May 2.
Pitkat picked up his first career series victory at Stafford Motor Speedway on May 22.
Savary went to the lead just before the halfway point Saturday at Seekonk and led the rest of the way.
