Eric Paslay, a 2016 Grammy Award nominee, will headline the New Hampshire Motor Speedway frontstretch stage before the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, July 17. Paslay, who will take the stage at 10:45 a.m., is part of a jam-packed weekend of racing and entertainment at the speedway.
To go along with today’s announcement, speedway officials have created a special Eric Paslay ticket package giving fans the opportunity to win an exclusive meet and greet with the country singer prior to his 45 minute concert.
EMI Records Nashville breakout country artist, Paslay is as a renowned, platinum-selling, hit songwriter and dynamic performer. The Texas-native earned his first Grammy nomination as an artist in 2016 for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “The Driver” – a collaboration with friends Charles Kelley and Dierks Bentley.
Paslay has written five songs that have reached No. 1 in the charts, including “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” by Eli Young Band, “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” by Jake Owen, “Angel Eyes” by Love & Theft, “Rewind” by Rascal Flatts, and “FridayNight”, which was written and performed by Paslay himself. Most recently, he was honored with an ACM Song of the Year nomination for “She Don’t Love You” at the 2016 ACMs in Las Vegas.
Paslay has joined friends Chris Young and Brad Paisley on tour this past year and will be out with Toby Keith this summer as part of The Interstates and Tailgates Tour. While on the road, he has been sharing new songs from his forthcoming sophomore album, Dressed in Black.
The Eric Paslay ticket package is now available and will include a Pre-Race Pit Pass and a general admission Laconia Grandstand ticket to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race for $120. A random drawing on July 8 will award two lucky winners and one guest with a private meet and greet with the country music singer on race morning.
