Joey Polewarczyk Jr. Leads NHMS ACT Invitational Practice; Dillon Moltz Leads Local Entries

LOUDON, N.H. – Joey Polewarczyk Jr. led the way in practice Saturday morning in preparation for this evening’s Bond Auto American-Canadian Tour Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Polewarzyck, of Hudson, N.H., turned a fast lap of 31.486 seconds around the 1.058-mile oval.

The ACT Invitational will be a 50-lap feature to close out the Saturday schedule at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Eddie MacDonald of Rowley, Mass. was second during the early morning session at 31.555 seconds.

Dillon Moltz of Waterford, a former Late Model champion at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl, was third fastest during the practice to lead drivers with local Connecticut short track ties.

Woody Pitkat of Stafford, a former Late Model champion at Stafford Motor Speedway was 17th fastest in practice. Joel Monahan of Whately, Mass., a regular in the Late Model division at Stafford, was 22nd.

Ray Christian III of Uncasville, a multi-time winner this year at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl was 26th fastest. Brian Tagg, the reigning Late Model champion at Thompson Speedway, was 27th fastest. Adam Gray of Belchertown, Mass., a former Late Model champion at Stafford, was 30th of the 41 cars in practice.
