The 2019 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season is upon us. Saturday at Myrtle Beach Speedway in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Justin Bonsignore’s begins defense of his first Whelen Modified Tour championship, kicking off the 16-race 2019 season.
