(Press release from SCCA New England Region)

A full schedule of road racing, autocross and rally events scheduled at New Hampshire Motor Speedway will raise money for the UMass Memorial Medical Center
The Sports Car Club of America’s (SCCA) New England Region is hosting a full weekend of motorsports events at New Hampshire Motor Speedway Saturday and Sunday, August 3-4. Race fans can enjoy wheel-to-wheel racing action on the NASCAR road course, street vehicles tearing up times on a custom autocross course, or a Game-Tour-Adventure (GTA) rally where contestants will receive a map of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and a list of questions with the objective to answer as many questions as possible in the least amount of miles. All weekend long there will be plenty of opportunities for racers, fans, spectators, friends and families to gather and have #funwithcars.
Throughout it all, proceeds from the entry fees, t-shirt sales, nightly raffle auctions and direct cash contributions will be collected and donated to the UMass Memorial Medical Center to support children and families battling cancer. The region has hosted a Racing Against Leukemia fundraising weekend event every year since 1990. Past year’s total have ranged between $9,000-10,000 being donated to the medical center at the conclusion of events.
