Justin Bonsignore Sweeps Practice Rounds For Whelen Mod Tour NAPA Fall Final 150 At Stafford

STAFFORD – Justin Bonsignore has brought the speed to Stafford Speedway for NAPA Fall Final weekend. 

The reigning Whelen Modified Tour champion swept the top spot in both practice sessions for Sunday’s NAPA Final 150 at Stafford. 

Bonsignore, of Holtsville, N.Y. set a fast time of 18.490 seconds around the half-mile oval in the second and final practice session of the day. 

Qualifying for the NAPA Fall Final 150 is later this afternoon.

Bonsignore continues to look for his first career Whelen Modified Tour victory at Stafford Speedway. He has made 36 series starts at the historic facility since 2010. 

Ron Silk, winner of the August Whelen Modified Tour event at Stafford was second fastest during the second practice at 18.550 seconds. 

Current series points leader and five-time series champion Doug Coby was third fastest in the second practice at 18.560 seconds. 

Eric Goodale of Riverhead, N.Y. (18.561 seconds) and Craig Lutz of Miller Place, N.Y. (18.650 seconds) rounded out the top-five in the session respectively.
