STAFFORD – The road to a Limited Late Model division championship for anyone in the division goes through two-time defending champion Jeremy Lavoie.

And there’s not much hope for the competition if Lavoie is blocking that road by hogging victory lane.

Lavoie got his second victory in five points race this year in Friday’s 20-lap Limited Late Model feature Friday at Stafford.

Alexandra Fearn of East Longmeadow, Mass. was second and Andrew Durand of Chicopee, Mass. third.

Lavoie went by Fearn for the lead on lap eight and never trailed again.

Zach Robinson went from third to first on a lap 11 restart then left the field far behind on the way to victory in the 20-lap Street Stock feature.

Adrien Paradis III of Plainville was second and Chris Meyer of North Franklin third.

Robinson was third behind then race leader Chris Meyer and second place Nick Hovey when caution flew on  lap 11.

On the restart Robinson was able to squeeze below Meyer through turn one and come out of turn two with the lead.

From there Robinson was on cruise, building up nearly half a straightaway lead within three laps.
