STAFFORD – It was a night dedicated to The King at Stafford Motor Speedway.

Stafford hosted the third TC 13 Shootout Friday in honor of Ted Christopher, the track’s all-time winningest driver who was killed in a plane crash in September 2017.

Todd Owen became the first driver in three years to sweep both the SK Modified feature and the TC 13 Shootout event on the same night.

Owen was the third different driver to win the event.

Glen Reen won the first TC 13 Shootout in 2018 and Christopher’s protege Keith Rocco won the event 2019.

Other winners on the night were Adam Gray (Late Model), Jon Puleo (SK Light Modified), Alexandra Fearn (Limited Late Model) and Zach Robinson (Street Stock).

RaceDayCT’s Fran Lawlor was on the ground all evening at Stafford and put together the gallery below.
