  1. If the weather cooperates the biggest two days in local racing ever in my view. 4 disparate events, 2 first of a kind and two known and must see as well.
Over 30 cars at the first Stafford open and looks to have the same or better numbers for this one. Meanwhile the SK’s have to race in a points race while trying to avoid a wreck hurting their chances for a big pay day the following night.
Speaking of the following night did I hear Bonssa Tufa say on Unmuffled that Jerry Pearl will be racing a Todd Owen Chassis Pro prepared car in the Saturday night SRX prelim.. That can’t be right can it? Now if Jeff Pearl could sub for Jerry that would be fun.

  2. Do they have a make up date scheduled for the Tony Stewart old timers race if weather does become an issue? I know it is televised live so I would think they would have to work with their TV partner. The forecast doesnt look too bad hopefully its a non issue. Flo racing has Stafford scheduled for both Friday and Saturday. So it looks like we will be able to watch the SK all star race though it mentions Twisted Tea Open both nights. Is CT fully open now? Is Stafford open to full capacity where you can walk up day of event and pick up a ticket at the gate?

Seekonk has the ISMA and NEMA racing Wednesday night if you want to make it 3 nights of racing this week. I cant remember the last time ISMA was at Seekonk.

  3. I believe the SRX rain date is Sunday
