The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour returned to Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, N.H. for the Duel at the Dog 200 Sunday and it was a familiar face in victory lane at the track.
When the car of JB Fortin blocked race leader Matt Hirschman with just over two laps remaining, Justin Bonsignore took advantage and went on to victory. It was the fourth victory in nine series starts at Monadnock for the three-time Whelen Modified Tour champion.
