I’m pretty sure the one I’ll be talking about 10 years from now is the Friday Night Fights at Stafford between Kopcik and Wesson. Absolutely unforgettable and will live in infamy.
I don’t live in the area anymore so I rely on your fantastic web site,flo,and my old school area auto paper. I think we missed a feel good story about Ben Dodge. I owned a modified and raced at Riverside with his guidance. What an awesome man for that track and racing in general! I was missing him on my Friday night shop work on my sprint car. The replacement announcers tried their best but not the same. Great site keep up the great work Shaun from us sprinters in Indiana! Thank you!
Not a big deal, but I was not able to vote. Several days prior to today’s noon deadline, I saw multiple “thank you for your vote” line items displayed in the area where I believe votes were to be cast. I tried both the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers, but no luck. Not sure what technical problems caused this glitch, but wanted Shawn to know before next year’s poll(?).

Yes, there were some issues with the Third Party polling app used to do this. Will definitely be looking at other options going forward.
