  1. Such a crap shoot.
You are beholden to the “draft shuffle” and others around you.

I polled 6-10. I feel he could win. He just gets the short end a lot. It does take a little luck to win at Daytona. Something he does’nt seem to have. But, that being said. GO “PREECE LIGHTING”

  3. If I was Preece I’d just lay back all day, pass up on the stage points because it’s a plate track and just stay out of the wrecks. If the pit cycle closing rate blend last year didn’t take him out, it would have been different. But, because these plate races are insane- I’d just lay back and avoid the wrecks. He can’t afford a DNF since he doesn’t have something to fall back on for a competitive Cup and has way too much added pressure. Pretty sure cautions will fall within ten and twenty to go like always.

Based on last year, He was real strong & did a great job getting to the lead, then got caught up in the BS plate racing stuff… With a full year under His belt… Crew is improving… Chew Chief communication is better… Experience and Respect among other Drivers … I picked a Top 5 for Daytona …. Good Luck Ryan… Weather looks wet for Sat & Sunday for Daytona …..so we may be watching late Sunday Night or Monday….
