Another week, another win for Jon Puleo at Thompson Speedway.
Like he did last week at Thompson, Puleo, of Branford, rolled to victory once again in the 30-lap Sunoco 604 Modified feature Wednesday at Thompson Speedway.
It was Puleo’s fifth victory this season in the six events the division has run.
Isaiah Newcomb is the only other driver to win in an event in the division this season.
Keith Rocco of Wallingford was second Wednesday. Todd Owen, making his debut in the division, was third.
Nickolas Hovey of Chaplin won the 25-lap SK Light Modified feature. Meghan Fuller of Auburn, Mass. was second and John O’Sullivan of Salem third.
Derek Gluchacki of North Dartmouth, Mass. won the 25-lap Late Model feature. Nick Johnson of Rehoboth, Mass. was second and Matt Lowinski-Loh of Milford, Mass. was third.
Corey Fanning of Mapleville, R.I. topped the 20-lap Street Stock feature. Ryan Waterman of Danielson was second and Al Stone III of Durham third.
Jared Roy of Sterling won the 15-lap Mini Stock feature. Kevin Moore of Moosup was second and Ryan Pomposelli of Smithfield, R.I. third.
Danny Bowes of Byfield, Mass. won the 30-lap New England SuperModified Series event. Jon McKennedy of Chelmsford, Mass. was second and Ben Seitz of Bourne, Mass. third.
