(Press release from White Mountain Motorsports Park)
The hills of the Pemigewasset Valley will come alive this Saturday afternoon in a thrilling six division showcase headlined by the American-Canadian Tour Fall Foliage 200, the PASS Super Late Model 150-lap Spectacular and the New England Supermodified Series along with the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers, PASS Modifieds and the Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models! With a special 3:00pm post time, the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Fall Foliage program is sure to be one of the most memorable end-of-year showdowns this season!
The American-Canadian Tour returns for race #11 of thirteen in 2024 and their second appearance of the season at White Mountain Motorsports Park. Redemption is on the mind of many following August’s Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 including point leader Gabe Brown who’s destroyed right front tire cost him a run at the win last time out. Brown swept the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series with three wins in 100-lap competition this year, can he find himself in a similar spot with 200 laps on the board this Saturday? Derek Gluchacki will also be looking to return to his winning ways at White Mountain while Patrick Laperle and Joey Polewarczyk will be hunting for another Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Fall Foliage win!
Race #18 on the year for the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models finds DJ Shaw atop the standings in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust machine. Shaw will certainly be digging deep on Saturday afternoon, looking to make his sponsor proud with two big wins with plenty of competition in his way. Johnny Clark has been the man to beat in PASS competition at White Mountain over the past several seasons and looks to bookend the White Mountain events after winning May’s season opener in a last chance points run against Shaw.
Bobby Timmons continues to lead the New England Supermodified Series standings and looks to nab his first win at White Mountain on Saturday in the growing, lightning-fast Supermodified ranks. Ryan Hewins leads the Kennebec Equipment PASS Modifieds and will be among those looking for another victory on the White Mountain highbanks. The PASS Modifieds always put on an entertaining show at the North Woodstock oval and Saturday will be the latest chapter in that history!
Brandon Gray continues to be the dominant force in the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers but Saturday’s Bar Harbor Bank & Trust program could find a young Luke Peters, Kyle Willis or wily veteran Shane Sicard back in the winner’s circle. The Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models also join Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Fall Foliage Saturday with a strong title battle between former champion Nick Anderson, Berlin’s Nick Miller and Orleans, Vermont’s Garrett Labounty making for a show in the final two weeks of the championship season!
Thunder returns to the mountains in a big way this Saturday afternoon for the 46th Fall Foliage 200 presented by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust! The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) combine for New Hampshire’s final mega-show of the season along with the New England Supermodified Series, PASS Modifieds, Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tigers and the Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models! Starting with a special 3:00pm Post Time, adult general admission is set at $30 with kids 12-6 for $15 and kids 5 and under free! The Family Four Pack (two adults, two kids) is also available for $75 with grandstands opening at 11:25am.
