  1. Why no victory picture of Teddy Hodgdon celebrating the victory that was handed to him? Not fair to him his crew and longtime sponsors.

  2. Super Fan,
A photo was added to the story.

  3. Glad the weather is looking good so there will be no pit party debacles.

  4. WOW!!! I guess Robie has some issues!! Whether he agreed with the decision or not, he’s playing in THEIR sandbox, and THEY make the rules. MAN UP and give the trophy back!! Why keep a trophy that in all reality means nothing?
I hope Teddy Hodgdon IV wins another one so he can have a real victory celebration with his family and crew!!

  5. Wonder if seeing this car count will make Stafford reconsider their sizzler format? 7 more cars (entered at least) for a decent bit less of a purse has to point to the format not being as popular, right?

  6. @zig13 could also be the Fall Final being a MMTTS race means using a more permissible rulebook? I’m not sure how much of a difference that’s making in the car count, but the MMTTS rulebook from my reading is meant to be easy for any modified team to comply with, essentially an addendum to whatever rulebook the car in question was built for. Most notably the MMTTS rulebook allows SK modifieds to run, whereas the Stafford open modified rulebook does not. So it might just be easier for teams from other tracks to run in this event, though the two-day format of the Sizzler could also be an issue. I really hope they don’t change the format of the Sizzler because I like keeping the special races special.

  7. oh they are having a pit party. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like a good field of cars with nice weather. Enjoy the races.
