Reigning SMART Tour champion Luke Baldwin is adding to an already brimming schedule for 2025.

Baldwin, the 18-year old son of former NASCAR Cup Series crew chief, team owner and longtime Modified team owner Tommy Baldwin Sr., will drive selected events for ThorSports Racing on the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2025.

ThorSport announced Baldwin’s signing via social media on Thursday.

Luke Baldwin will make his Craftsman Truck Series debut driving for the team on March 28 at Martinsville Speedway.

The announcement termed the deal as being a “multi-race venture.” No other details were announced Thursday.

Luke Baldwin is expected to run full-time on the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series in 2025 for a team owned by Cup Series regular and Berlin native Ryan Preece.

Luke Baldwin is also scheduled to run full-time on the SMART Tour and part-time on the NASCAR Modified Tour in 2025. He finished fourth in the NASCAR Modified Tour season opener on Feb. 8 at New Smyrna (Fla.) Speedway. He was seventh in the SMART Tour season opener on March 1 at Florence Speedway in Timmonsville, S.C.
