Stafford Speedway Releases 2026 Schedule



On Thursday Stafford Speedway management, in conjunction with NASCAR, announced the return of the Whelen Modified Tour to the track in 2026. Friday Stafford Speedway management announced the rest of their 2026 schedule.

Stafford opens its 2026 season with the running of the NAPA Spring Sizzler weekend April 25-26. That weekend includes the 54th NAPA Spring Sizzler on April 26. The Granite State Pro Stock Series also returns to Stafford as part of the Sizzler weekend with a 75-lap feature on April 25.

Stafford closes its 2026 season on Oct. 2 with the NAPA Championship Night.

“Each year we work to deliver a schedule that focuses on strong weekly racing while giving fans something new to get excited about,” Paul Arute, Stafford Speedway chief operating officer said. “The 2026 schedule continues that focus, filled with special events, family nights, and some of the best weekly short track racing in the country.”

The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series makes the first of its two appearances at Stafford with the running of the GAF Roofing Modified Masters on July 15. The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series returns to Stafford for the NAPA Fall Final on Sept. 26.

The Whelen Modified Tour’s return takes place with the Riverhead Building Supply 150 on Aug. 28.

The SK Modified division features special events with the Casella Waste SK Modified 80 on June 5, the CBYD Senator’s Cup on July 24 and the 13th NAPA SK 5K on Aug. 7.

The TC 13 Shootout for the SK Modified divison is scheduled on USNEPower First Responders Night on Sept. 11.

Other special divisional events include the Monaco Ford SK Light Double Down on May 22, the Limited Late Model 30 on June 12, the Midstate Firecraker Street Stock 30 on June 26 and the Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50 on Sept. 4.

The competition is as tight as it gets, championships come down to the final event of the season, and every lap matters.   1. I guess the Open Mod shows have gone by the wayside, the only one is the Sizzler. I’m guessing it’s due to the anount of options for those teams.
