Return to Lee USA Speedway Next Up For The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour

(Press Release from American-Canadian Tour)

April 25th Marks Return of Iconic New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                                                                                                     ACT042226-15

After a stellar opening weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour and the Pro All Stars Series are back in the Granite State to kick-off the 2026 season for their newest joint venture at Lee USA Speedway. For the first time in five years the two premier full-fendered touring divisions return to New Hampshire’s Center of Speed this Saturday, April 25.

Lee USA Speedway long played host to the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour. The inaugural ACT champion Harmon ‘Beaver’ Dragon won the Tour’s first event on the 3/8-mile back in 1987 while fellow legends Jean-Paul Cabana, Robbie Crouch, Patrick Laperle, Dave Dion, Brian Hoar and Ralph Nason are among the top ACT aces to have claimed victory in Lee, New Hampshire.

Following a shocking first-time win for Riverside, Rhode Island’s Connor Souza at New Hampshire Motor Speedway this last weekend, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour is wide open for all comers! While Souza currently leads the standings, he hasn’t signed up for the New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150 as of Press Time Wednesday leaving Jake Johnson, Jesse Switser and Jonathan Bouvrette the red carpet to launch ahead in the season-long battle for the $20,000 Milton CAT championship!

Fellow full-time competitors Gabe Brown, Erick Sands, Jacob Burns and Jimmy Renfrew, Jr. are among those looking to continue their momentum while there are plenty of invaders looking to stand in their way. Along with Bouvrette, Jeff Côté and Remi Perreault, Quebec will also send down William Larue, LP Lauzier, Michael LaVoie and Dany Trepanier while former Thunder Road Speedbowl King of the Road Scott Dragon and defending Vermont Milk Bowl winner Marcel Gravel will also make the trip.

The twin Sullivan Construction machines driven by top rookie Holdyn Sullivan and Maine’s Brandon Barker are looking for a little home cooking on Saturday. Barker will be looking to bounce back from a tough outing at the Magic Mile as he returns to Lee USA Speedway as the defending New Hampshire Governor’s Cup champion. Fellow rookie hopeful Craig Smith, White Mountain Motorsports Park standout Jaden Perry and former Lee competitors Cole Littlewood, Cam Huntress, David Piper, Justin Storace and Nathan LeClair are all looking forward to returning to New Hampshire’s Center of Speed.

The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour will once again join the PASS Super Late Models at the Lee USA Speedway on Saturday, April 25th for the return of the New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150. Joining the two full-fendered divisions will be the PASS Modifieds and the NELCAR Legends with a 2:00pm Post Time. Grandstands open at 12-noon with Adult General Admission tickets available for $30, kids 12-6 for $10 and children 5 and under free!

Watching tv last night and was pleasantly surprised to see a tv commercial for this event. Haven’t seen tv ads for non-national events since the 90’s. Hopefully it puts more people in the stands!
