LOUDON, N.H. – Domination was theme of the day for Brad Keselowski Saturday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
The Sprint Cup Series regular rolled easily to victory in the NASCAR Nationwide Series Sta-Green 200 Satuday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Keselowski won the pole for the event and then led 152 of 200 laps on the day for his second Nationwide Series victory of the season.
It was a podium sweep for Sprint Cup regulars with Kyle Busch finishing second and Matt Kenseth third.
“It was really actually very hard fought at the end,” Keselowski said. “I think [Busch] was just a little bit faster. This team did a great job of taking advantage of making adjustments. He was really good, I didn’t think I’d be able to hold him off.”
It was the 29th Nationwide Series victory for Keselowski.
Berlin’s Ryan Preece, the reigning NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion, finished 14th in a Tommy Baldwin Racing entry. He started 22nd.
It was Preece’s second career Nationwide Series start. He finished 24th in the same event last year.
