Joey Ferrigno wins a lot of racing fuel.

There’s death, taxes and Ferrigno winning the New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award.

Ferrigno, who won Friday’s SK Light Modified feature Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway, continued his perfect streak of victories with the award.

Ferrigno has won the award all four times he has been nominated for it this year and also was five-for-five in nominations and wins in 2014.

Ferrigno amassed 203 votes (37.9 percent) this week to win the award.

Ken Cassidy Jr., the Mini Stock division winner Saturday at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl, was second with 78 votes (14.6 percent). Allen Coates, the Limited Sportsman division winner at Waterford Saturday, was third with 75 votes (14.0 percent).

Each week during the 2015 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.

Ferrigno will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel.
