At this point that’s the only way to describe Joey Ferrigno when it comes to the New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award.

Let the naysayers nay, when it comes to stumping for votes Ferrigno has the game down and it shows.

Eleven times since the start of the 2014 season Ferrigno has been nominated for the award.

And this week, for the 11th time, he won it, once again in typical runaway style.

Ferrigno, of East Hartford, secured 177 of the 381 votes cast to capture 46.5 percent of the ballots.

Michael Wray, a first-time winner in the Late Model division at Stafford on Friday, was second in the voting with 60 votes (15.7 percent).

Each week during the 2015 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.

Ferrigno will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel.

The final voting results are listed below.
