On-Time Accounting Northeast Presenting SK Light Contingency Bonus at Stafford Speedway

(Press Release from Stafford Motor Speedway)

SMS Logo 2015After two seasons of presenting a contingency bonus to Stafford Speedway’s Limited Late Model teams, On Time Accounting Northeast (OTA) of Feeding Hills, MA, will step up their involvement in the track’s contingency program and present a $100 bonus for each 2nd place SK Light feature finisher.

On Time Accounting’s contingency award, combined with contingency awards from SK Light contingency partners Dunleavy Truck & Trailer Repair, Maybury Material Handling, Olson Apartments, and New England Racing Fuel means that SK Light drivers will be racing for over $12,000 in contingency during the 2016 season.

“Our commitment to the sport is what keeps on bringing us back,” said Mike Margiotta, owner of On Time Accounting Northeast. “We love being able to help teams out, we love being at the track, and we love being among the teams and the drivers. I don’t think there’s any other sport that can match the excitement, commitment, and comradery of motorsports. A great example was back in September I had a ride lined up in Stafford’s 2-seater modified. It was my turn to go out on the track and all of a sudden the car wouldn’t start. You should have seen how many people came over to help out and get the problem figured out and get the car back running. That showed me the level of commitment and comradery among the group of racers at Stafford. There was really no benefit to everyone helping out, but they helped anyways, and that showed me how great motorsports can be.”

In addition to their contingency program bonus, On-Time Accounting is continuing their “Racing Bucks” program which is available to all Stafford Motor Speedway teams. All a team has to do is refer a client to On-Time Accounting, and as long as that client remains with OTA, OTA will send the team a check for 10% of the monthly billing for the referred client once OTA has been paid. OTA has also moved into a brand new office space in Feeding Hills, MA and they are looking to expand further south to go national in the next couple of years’ time.

“We introduced our “Racing Bucks” program last year, and that is still going, and we’re working on another program that we’re going to be announcing during the summer,” said Margiotta. “We stepped up our involvement a little bit from last year and it’s a little more money for us, but we’re looking for more exposure and really try to drive home the impact of what we can do with the racing bucks program. We really feel like the racing bucks program can be a great benefit to teams. It’s been a busy year for our company. We’ve updated our company name to On Time Accounting Northeast, moved to a new location, 22 Southwick Street in Feeding Hills, MA, and we’ve added two employees to our team. We chose OTA Northeast as our new name because in the next 2 years, we’re looking to expand down into the Carolina’s and offer the same racing bucks program that will help local short track racers. We’re real happy with what the contingency program has done for us and anything that we can do to help the sport out, we’re all for that. We’re looking forward to hearing those famous words, ‘Gentleman start your engines’ at Stafford.”
