Crews work to dry the track Sunday afternoon at Stafford Speedway

STAFFORD – Resiliency is the word of the day for management at Stafford Motor Speedway.

After dealing with ongoing morning and afternoon showers of varying degrees, track officials continue to hold out hope to get in the remainder of the NAPA Fall Final card.

Stafford Speedway crews have hit the track in attempt to get the track dry.

Left on the schedule for the day is the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour NAPA Fall Final 150, the 40-lap NASCAR Whelen All-American Series SK Modified feature and the 30-lap Late Model feature.

  6. To all you people who bitch that the promoter is taking all the money and not paying out,how big a payday is this??? Nobody in stands yesterday and less today but I’m sure someone will still say he made a bundle,they didn’t have any expenses today or taxes to pay on the place , life is good!!!

  7. You mean I watched the Cup race, Patriots game, and Xfinity race all on TV today and still could have driven 90 miles to Stafford to see the Fall Final?
