John Lawless, the president of Mayhew Tools is also happy with the relationship that the two formed last year. “Bobby is a great driver and talent and with him driving on national series it expands our reach. We are a local company with national reach but we are really pleased to be able to sponsor a driver from our home state.”

“With our sponsorships of the modifieds with Doug Coby and Woody Pitkat we have the northeast and east coast covered but now with Bobby Santos we have the Midwest and the west coast covered. It is all about geography and we feel that we are now nationwide with our sponsorship.”

“I really owe a lot to my dad in that he was able to put me into many different types of cars and that I was able to adapt to the different styles of racing. I am really looking forward to another year of racing and I feel that with the help of Mayhew Tools that 2018 might even be a better year than 2017 was.
