THOMPSON – In early April, with snow in the forecast, the NASCAR Whelen Modified made its first visit of the 2018 season at Thompson Speedway with the running of the Icebreaker 150.
Thursday the winter coats were replaces with shorts and t-shirts with the Whelen Modified Tour back in town for the second time this season for the running of the Thompson 125.
With track conditions far different than the shivering temperatures of April, the garage was a hectic place during practice Thursday afternoon in preparation for feature time.
